The HEAT classes are for those who have finished the Everywoman course or been at Buggyfit for quite a while and are ready to progress. These classes are NOT for new mums, it is important that you do already understand the positive effects of breathing into your diaphragm to support the pelvic floor and the tummy. Please ask if you are unsure if you are ready for this class.
For this course you will need a long theraband and a hard yoga ball. These are available as add-ons when you book the course.
