Due to debilitating post-Covid fatigue, Mindy is not currently seeing clients. Symptoms will be evaluated weekly to determine when she can return to work. If you are a current student with an urgent project, feel free to reach out to Mindy to be put in touch with her student teacher, or a pianist.
You can check back here to see if booking has re-opened. If you are on the student email list, you can also expect an email to go out when Mindy returns to work. Feel free to reach out to make sure you are on this email list, or just to say hi.
Please note that you cannot register on the site prior to setting up a lesson.
Availability
Ms. Lym currently has very limited availability. Most availability is due to the handful of weekly cancellations due to vacations and illness. New students are more than welcome to book one off lessons as they can find them. If you would like a fixed weekly time, please add your name to the waitlist.
Scheduling
You may schedule individual or recurring lessons up to 6 months in advance by selecting from the “Private Lessons” options below.
When scheduling recurring lessons, you may pick up to 24 for the same day/time, which brings up a list of the dates. If there are dates listed that you know you are not available, you may remove them, prior to confirming.
An email will be sent when appointments or classes are set up and when cancelled by you or Ms. Lym.
Payment
Payment ahead of time is optional. You may pay in person using cash, check or Venmo (@Mindy-Lym). Acuity also accepts PayPal and credit cards via Square.
Note: Acuity accepts both PayPal and credit cards via Square when paid at time of booking. If you pay later, only the credit card option is available online.
Package Payments
As of November 15th, 2020 packages are not longer available for purchase. Packages that have already been purchases will be honored, and must be used in their entirety by Dec 31st, 2021.
Managing "Your Info"
The “Your Info” tab allows you to enter your contact info the first time you book a lesson or by clicking the "Register" button on your confirmation email as described below under "Registering."
Note: This tab is ONLY available when booking lessons; otherwise, it cannot be clicked on and opened. Changes entered during future bookings will not update your account. This is a frustrating quirk. To update your contact info, please contact Ms. Lym.
Registering
Registration is recommended as it will make managing your schedule simpler and faster. You will be able to view all of your appointments in one place, easily cancel and change your appointments and sync with your calendar.
Note that you cannot register on the site prior to setting up a lesson. Options are:
1. Use the “Register” button on the “Your Info/Payment” page during lesson booking.
2. From your confirmation email, clicking "Change/Cancel Appointment” will take you to the same page to select “Register.”
3. Upon completion, the “Register” option will no longer appear.
