An active class where we will move with steadiness and ease from one pose to the next consciously coordinating breath with movement. As we focus on our breath, our body opens, our mind stills and we come into the present. This class is for anyone who finds movement a useful tool for turning inward in order to calm the fluctuations of the mind. In addition to asana practice (poses), these classes may also include pranayama, visualization, deep relaxation, the use of sound, chanting and mantra.
