Foot Reflexology

Reflexology on the feet is great for creating balance and homeostasis in the body. Jane will work acupoints on the feet and share with you what she finds. Sometimes she may offer homework for your own self-care if appropriate. Her reflexology toolkit includes many different forms of reflexology as she has been in practice since 1999.

Facial Reflexology

Dien Chan Zone Facial Reflexology originated in Vietnam and was westernised in Italy then brought to the UK. The micropoints on the face are worked with a metal tool and just as foot reflexology involves working reflex points on the feet to treat the rest of the body, so too is facial reflexology using reflex points on the face to help the rest of the body. There are 633 micropoints on the face. Remove all jewellery and make-up prior to treatment.

Emmett Technique

1 hour @ £38.00

Emmett Technique is a fantastic therapy for anyone with muscular aches and pains. Specific points along a muscle are held for 20 to 30 seconds to help reset the muscle and the movements are repeated three times then locked in with movement to help set the change. This is offered as a one hour time slot, but if all the relevant points are worked in less time (it is a treatment with fast results), then the balance of the appointment slot will be filled with reflexology.

Foot Reading from photographs via zoom. Average time is 20 mins but we allocate an hour just in case.

Pre-arranged Therapy with set-up time

This is the setting for Jane's clients who have special requirements requiring Jane to need half hour kept free before and after their treatment to allow for room set up and dismantle, or for travel time to and from their appointment. Select the time you require and it will automatically block of a half hour before and after treatment.

Taster Emmett Technique session (30 mins)

30 minutes @ £20.00

As the appointment is blocked out for an hour you can use the remaining time to have some reflexology.

Bronze treatment package

Scarisbrick Clinic only:
This bronze treatment package is for four treatments. In paying for four treatments in advance, you get them for a discounted price. Usual cost is £35 per treatment. This package allows £30 per treatment. You don't have to book the same type of treatment each time either.

You will be given a code. Use that code to book all four treatments, or redeem them gradually over time. When you redeem your code, it will deduct appointments booked from the balance of your package.
