Deposit Policy:

The deposit IS a portion of your total balance and will be deducted separately from your quoted price once booking is completed. Deposits will be required to be paid at the time of booking. All deposits for events are $45.00 + transaction fee and all deposits for makeup trials and face-to-face consultations are $50.00 + transaction fee through Square. Karma’s Kreations will NOT accept any appointments via booking unless the deposit has been paid and will not incur the transaction fee for deposits. Once the booking has been made, the $45 deposit OR $50 deposit (not including the transaction fee) will be deducted from your total price. Full payment is required to be paid by the end of the service completion. Clients WILL NOT have the option of paying their amount in full during booking. Clients WILL be required to make their deposits through my scheduling page during booking; sending your deposit in any other way is NOT ACCEPTED and could result in a cancellation of your appointment. You will be required to provide a valid credit/debit card when using Square for the deposit payment.

Appointment Requirements:

-Please reply to the confirmation text a day prior

-Complete the consultation form in full

-Complete your booking 24 hours' prior to the date of the event to the appointment to avoid cancellation.

Please do NOT make a booking here if you have not contacted the artist for availability and received a final price quote. Your booking will be cancelled and your deposit will NOT be refunded if you do so.

COVID-19:

-Please wear your mask until it is asked to be removed; The artist is fully vaccinated and has received her booster shot, however will still wear a mask and gloves to every session. Please verify your vaccination as well with the artist.

-If coming to the artist's location, shoes must be removed at the door or foot coverings will be provided to you if requested.

-Disinfectant will be utilized at every session. Be sure to have your face washed prior to your appointment.

-If you are experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, please reschedule your appointment and let the artist know. Any detection of symptoms will result in an immediate cancellation of your appointment.

-Please note: With the new variant out, if any client has been exposed/tested positive to COVID-19 within the 14 days prior to their appointment, their appointment will need to be cancelled or rescheduled. Please adhere to the Rescheduling Policy below or within the Karma's Kreations Artistry Terms of Service for more information (www.karmaskreations.com/terms-of-service). Please advise before rebooking your appointment.

-Keep in mind, DEPOSITS ARE STILL NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE IF YOU HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED OR EXPOSED TO COVID-19 AND YOU HAVE TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT!

Rescheduling Policy:

Clients are not allowed to reschedule their own appointment online through the scheduling app. Please contact make-up artist to reschedule your appointment. Clients are only allowed to reschedule once. After one rescheduling, your deposit will be voided. If you reschedule for the first time under one appointment instead of cancelling, you do not have to pay the cancellation fee or your deposit. If you are rescheduling, you MUST IMMEDIATELY provide the artist with a new date and time to avoid the cancellation fee being charged. After one rescheduling, if you cancel again and want to book again in the future, you must pay the cancellation fee at the time of cancelling the appointment and pay another deposit when booking again for your next appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

-All rescheduling/cancellations due to event cancellations from COVID are eligible for up to one year from date of original makeup session.

Cancellation/No-call No-show Policy:

All bookings, makeup trials, and face-to-face consultations require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to booking date to cancel a session. Please note: Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

If you do not respond to the confirmation text or do not provide an address to your location (if artist is traveling to you) your appointment will be cancelled. If you cancel within the 24-hour window prior to your scheduled time, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of $50. If you cancel within the 12-hour window prior to your scheduled time, 75% of your remaining balance will be charged; 100% for a trial. This fee is due to the inability of finding a replacement client on such short notice. No-call No shows are never accepted and will result in a ban from future bookings with Karma's Kreations!

Early A.M. /Late Evening Appointments:

If you wish to book your appointment prior to 9 a.m. or after 6 p.m. on Monday-Friday, or after 7 p.m. on Saturday and/or Sunday, there will be a $50 fee. Please contact the artist at karmaskreationsartistry@gmail.com to inquire.

Same-Day Bookings:

Karma's Kreations requires at least 48 hours' notice prior to all bookings. At the latest, Karma's Kreations will allow booking with 8-24 hours' notice. Karma's Kreations does not allow same day bookings if you require the artist to travel to your location. You MUST travel to the artist if you wish to book your appointment same day. Please be aware that if you make a booking on the day of, your deposit and an extra same day booking fee of $25 will be required. Your appointment will run the risk of being cancelled if all necessary requirements are not completed (Deposit, same day fee, and booking).
