Yoga is much more than moving our bodies on a mat. Monica will lead a three week foundations course, twice a week for 6 classes, to explore the basics of Yoga. Come together to learn what yoga is really all about and gain confidence in your own practice. This course will focus on alignment in poses, use of breath, our thinking minds, the 8 limbs of yoga, and applying these concepts in every day life.
