Intro to Iyengar Yoga
This workshop with certified Iyengar Yoga instructor Jessica Yoder will introduce the foundations of Iyengar yoga and will focus on proper alignment through extension and expansion, inviting students to develop increased mobility, strength, flexibility and stability. Certified Iyengar yoga teachers are specially trained to provide clear and precise instructions for each posture and are skilled at the effective use of sequencing and props in order to make postures accessible and interesting to all students.
