If you are new to me as a Fascial Stretch client, you will need to book this appointment. We will go through a complete health history - what's causing you discomfort, past surgeries, accidents, joint replacements, postural assessment, and more. Then you will receive a full body Fascial Stretch to address the issues we have identified.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) - 60 minutes - full body

1 hour @ CA$95.00

This appointment allows ample time to address the full body and complete a short assessment at the beginning of our session.

FST - 45 minutes - when you need a little more than 30 minutes

45 minutes @ CA$75.00

When you need a little more than 30 minutes...book this appointment! We will make sure we get to either upper or lower body and focus on those specific areas that need a little more work.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) - 30 minutes - 1/2 body

A quick tune-up to address issues that we have worked on before. I can do either upper body or lower body or "spot specific" with the 30-minute session.
