This is a 30 minute online session where I teach you how to work on yourself or a buddy using beginner techniques. All sessions are customized to your individual needs and goals. We'll discuss any areas of concern and do a visual range of motion assessment prior to starting the session.
Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for full movement (yoga, athleisure, gym)
