Regular Cancellation policy:
Cancel with 24hrs or more notice - no fee
Cancel with less than 24hrs notice - $60 Fee
Cancel with less than 12 hours notice - Full session charged
You may choose to pay at your next session, charge a card on file, or e-transfer
If you have to cancel due to not passing the Covid Waiver/Screen or for other Covid-19 related needs with less than 12hrs notice, a $25 fee will be invoiced to you.
