Induction Reflexology utilizes points exclusively in the feet and ankles that draw energy strongly downwards in the body and encourage the uterus towards spontaneous labor. *Please note, 60 minutes will be dedicated to the reflexology session, and 15 minutes will be dedicated to breath work and/or stretching in preparation for labor.
