BOOKING POLICY
All Deposits & Payments Are Non-Refundable.
NO Refunds on Custom WigsByPink (Cancellation must be done within 24 hours from when your ordered was place , or before any hair is ordered to get a refund approved)
A Deposit is required when booking your appointment. It goes towards the total cost of your service. You may reschedule ONCE with the same deposit. If you reschedule MORE THAN ONCE a new deposit will be required or your appointment will be canceled.
Exceptions.*Message me (210)789-4139 if you have any issues or questions.
* All cancellations/reschedules must be done at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment.
- If you have to cancel your appointment for any reason, a $25 cancellation fee will be applied
- If you will be late for appointment, be sure to text me. (210)789-4139 Appointment WILL be rescheduled if you are more than 15 minutes late.
* NO CALL/NO SHOWS must pay for future appointment in FULL at time of booking otherwise appointment will be cancelled.
All Wig and Sew In Extensions with a lace closure or frontal is required to schedule a time 48 hours before your appointment by texting (210)789-4139 with your name to drop off (to prep before your appointment) if you fail to set up your drop off less then 24 hours before your appointment a $25 fee will be applied.
- NO KIDS unless getting service or accompanied by another adult
- NO kids who will not be able to sit still in the chair while getting serviced
If you choose NOT to add on a Shampoo to your service , Please make sure your hair has been washed and free of any products except for a leave in conditioner
