Mindfulness is awareness of the present moment without judgement. Learn how to be aware moment to moment as we learn to appreciate where we are now rather than living in the future or past.
Via Zoom, we will create a sacred space and lead you through Yoga, Chanting, Pranayama and Guided Journaling exercises.
