MUST READ CANCELATION, TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT.

• A Deposit of $50+ tax = $56.60 is required to book any service. The deposit is non refundable if the appointment is cancel in less than 24 hours or it will be used towards your appointment.

• Late Arrival- we provide a 10 minute grace period, if you are late more than 10 minutes of the start of your appointment will be Automatically Cancelled resulting in the loss of your deposit and charged 100% of the total amount of the service or services.

• Keep in mind that if you arrive late the duration of your treatment will be shortened so the next guest may begin their service on time.

• Please Arrive on time at the time booked.

• If you are pregnant, please let us know upon booking as well how far along, to ensure the service is safe for you and the treatment room is set up appropriately.

I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DENY OR REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE. HARRASMENT AND DISRESPECT WON'T BE TOLERATED.

Cancellation Policy

A valid major credit card or gift card/certificate number is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.

• As a courtesy to our guests and service providers, we require at least 24 hours’ notice to change, reschedule or cancel an appointment or appointments. Please understand that you will be charged 100% of each service price if you cancel in less than 24 hours notice.

• Deposit $50 will be refunded only if requested and if the appointment is cancel with at least 24 hours or more of the appointment. A charge of $6.60 will be deducted as from the deposit to cover cancellation fee. If refund of the deposit is not requested, we will provide you with a credit for the amount paid.
• If refund of the deposit is not requested, we will provide you with a credit to your account in the form of a code and emailed to you for the amount paid after 7 days of your Appointment Cancellation. Once that has been given to you, you cannot request refund.
• • If credit card company contact us we have full proof your consent prior booking your appointment and binding agreement.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you may do so through your email appointment confirmation or you can TEXT us at 647-799-3521. DO NOT CALL as I may be in service.

• NO SHOWS will result in the automatic loss of deposit and 100% charge of each service. If you wish to book again in the future you will required to make Full Payment of the service upon booking.

Payment - Remaining fee can be done with credit card only( visa and MasterCard + Service Charge of $3.50 will be applied) at my location.

Cash is welcome and E-TRANSFER is NOT accepted.
