It is not binding for you or us. You do not have to reserve the venue, and we do not have to hold it for you.
It is a tool to communicate availability, and to create a temporary hold, while you finalize your reservation decision.
We too, may decide to cancel this hold, and book the date with a customer who is ready to pay for their reservation on this date.
