TERMS OF SERVICE:
Booking fees are transferable 1 time, but non-refundable. All paid booking fees must be used in 6 months.
No-call, no-show appointments will forfeit their entire booking fee and will be banned from re-booking.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your booking fee will be forfeited.

touch-up appointments are not included in the cost of initial
application. Touch-up appointments done between 6-9 weeks after initial
session and are $150. After 9 weeks annual color boost rates apply.
If you are booking service for a special event please insure it is at least 12 weeks before the event.
Absolutely no guests
will be allowed to come to your appointment with you. Due to this
being a tattoo service we must keep the area exclusively for the
client and artist. If you bring guests with you they will be asked to
leave or you will be asked to reschedule your appointment without
keeping your booking fee. Since this will be considered a
cancellation after the 72
hr window, the booking fee will be forfeited. The waiting area is for
clients only due to keeping the amount of people in the area lower
NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN
Please do not bring any
children into the studio.
Legally we cannot have children in the building at all. Appointment
will be subject to reschedule and booking fee will be forfeited.
SPECIAL COVID-19 POLICIES
1) 72 hour reschedule policies will be waived in the event of sickness for you or anybody in your household.
2) No-Call/No-shows will forfeit booking fees. You are still obligated to inform us that you are not coming.
3) If you, or anyone in your household, test positive within 14 days of our appointment you are obligated to inform A New You Permanent Makeup ASAP.
4) If you have a known case of COVID and come to your appointment anyways you will be liable for all lost income A New You Permanent Makeup will incur.
5.) Masks are required to be worn in the studio at all times. Non-compliance with this policy will result in the termination of your appointment and loss of your booking fee.*
*If you are unable to wear a mask due to a medical condition, a doctor's note will be required to clear you as healthy enough to receive permanent makeup or removal services.
6.) Covid-19 vaccination protocol - Please time your permanent makeup procedure so that the final touch up will occur at least 2 weeks prior to your first injection OR you may begin your permanent makeup 4 weeks AFTER your final injection. NO PMU services should be received in-between Covid-19 vaccination doses.
