Barre is a full body workout using a blend of yoga, pilates, and ballet movements. Barre helps strengthen muscle groups through small controlled movements using your own body weight and/or supportive props for resistance. It is a low impact class yet expect to feel challenged. Barre is a great way to build strength, balance, and connection with the body.
