Important Information about Scheduling, Payment, and Parking
We use this client-friendly Online Scheduler so our clients can self schedule appointments 24 hours a day. If you don't see a day/time that fits your specific needs, or you're having difficulty finding a session with your preferred LMT, or if you're a NEW Client and would like assistance in finding a team member that may best suit your needs - Please send an EMAIL and we can work together to find something that works.
Credit Cards - Our Online Scheduler will require you to provide a valid Credit Card to complete the Scheduling Process. The Credit Card is kept securely on file with our Payment Processor (we don't see the digits you've entered) and will NOT be charged unless you end up as a "No Show" (see Terms and Conditions below)....We accept all major forms of payment in our office, and you'll have the ability to pay at the conclusion of your appointment. If you are coming in with a Gift Certificate, using Health Insurance, Worker's Compensation, or other situations, you will still need to provide a Credit Card to complete the Booking Process.
Parking - Two great locations:
For Appointments in Portland - When you arrive at 980 Forest Avenue, please follow the driveway to the RIGHT and you'll see that it loops behind our building to a large parking lot. Our waiting room is the first door on the left when you enter via the Rear Entrance (double doors under black awning) and our logo & business name are marked very clearly.
For Appointments in Kennebunk - When you arrive at 1 Alewive Park Road (Spurling Fitness & Infinity Center), please park on the LEFT side of the building and enter via the Infinity Center Entrance. You may wait in the common area just inside the main door.
"No Show" Appointments - Please be aware that when a client "no shows", the staff member cannot resell the time that you had originally booked. As such, our policy is to charge the full session fee for "No Shows" using the Credit Card you've left on file. Our Online Scheduler sends an email confirmation when the appointment is initially booked, an email & text 72 hours prior to the session, and an email reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment date - all of which have links to Cancel or Change your Appointment. Please make every effort to contact us via EMAIL if you need to change or cancel your appointment in advance. Clients who No Show for their scheduled appointment will be charged the full session fee. Clients who cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment may be charged the full session fee.
