I am currently closed to taking on NEW CLIENTS in order to honor my existing clients.
Existing clients-- My schedule is currently full with clients who have established standing/recurring appointments. Any openings I have will be sent out to my text/cancellation list first. To be added to this list, you can text "RELAX" to 307-248-4714. All openings sent to this list are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

Meraki Massage Policies: Applicable to all therapists
New clients agree to fill out their online intake forms prior to arriving at their appointment. We are completely electronic in order to decrease our use of paper. (exceptions may be made in special circumstances)
New clients agree to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment time in order to review paperwork and go over any questions the client or therapist may have.
Returning clients agree to arrive 5 minutes prior to their appointment time in order to get the session started on time.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $50 fee. This covers the extra time we have to take to try to fill the appointment, or possible missed income if we aren't able to.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 2 hours notice, and appointments that are no-call, no-shows, are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the appointment fee.
In order to maintain our all-inclusive experience, gratuity is not accepted by any therapist at Meraki Massage.
