Booking Instructions
Thank you for booking with BI Social Studio
Follow the steps in the scheduler below to pick your date and time. Please be mindful that your time block INCLUDES set-up and clean-up. After choosing your date and time fill out the questionnaire. After completing the questionnaire, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address you provided. An invoice will be sent to you to finish the booking process. A 50% Non- Refundable Booking Retainer Fee is required to complete booking. Please make sure you read over the terms/policy below.
The remaining balance including, a $200 Refundable Incidental Fee will be added to your final payment and due no later than a week prior than your event. You may pay the whole balance at booking if desire. Your Non-Refundable Retainer Fee and booking date will be forfeited if BI Social Studio do not receive your final payment no later than one week prior than your event.

* If you desire additional hours, please check additional hours in the Add-On section. If you need a time that is not displayed in the scheduling section, please click the closest hours and day to your event on the time slot and write in the correct hours and additional request in the additional questions area. BI Social Studio will update invoice. Please make sure you are booking the correct booking rate day (M-TH or Fri-Sun).
Booking is allowed for renters 21 years and older ONLY
* Renters under the age of 25 may be required to pay a $400 refundable Incidental Fee.
Cancellation/Damages Policies
A confirmed booking shall only be deemed to be cancelled when the Business receives written notification of the cancellation from the Client. Email: info@theesocialstudio.com
The period of notice cancellation fee will be:
i. Booking Retainer Fee is Non-Refundable after booking payment is received.
ii. Return of Incidental fee will be issued in the payment it was received after the completion of a successful event. Refund may take 3-10 days depending on customer's bank.
iii. If booking is canceled Renter may be granted the option to book another date that exceed no less than 3 months after original booking date. This option is not guaranteed.
iv. Cancellation on day of event will result in full forfeit of Non-refundable Retainer Fee and remainder balance including incidental fee. Any Add-on's that included a vendor or materials that was purchased for event will not be refunded.
Renter is responsible for any damages that may have been caused by the Renter and their Guest/Vendor. Renter is responsible in making sure their guest drink responsible and do not drink and drive. Host is responsible that there are no fights/vandalism to happen before/ during and after their event. Host is responsible in making sure their guest count does not succeed BI Social Studio occupy limit (60).
If damages or a breach of contract (this is the contract) occur, BI Social Studio will deduct damage fee from the held Incidental fee deposit. If damages succeed Incidental Fee charge, Renter will be responsible for remainder damage charges. BI Social Studio have the right to end event if contract is breech without a refund. If authorities are called to the venue because of reckless of Host/Guest BI Social Studio will automatically end event without a refund.
Bar Package:
For any event serving alcohol, a bar package (under Add-On' must be added. Renter is responsible to buy and transport liquor, mixes and condiments to venue. Guest may not BYOB. Renter may not sale nor give liquor to outside guest and children under 21 years old nor expecting Mothers'. Children under 21 years of age is restricted from sitting at the bar area. Due to the city ordinance Bar closes 1 hour prior to ending of event. ID check will be required for all Guest of the venue.
Bar package includes bar Certified Bartender, Cups, Napkins, Straws, and Ice.
Event host must provide the Alcohol, Mixers, Soft drinks, Water and Condiments.
Bar amenities are not for soft drinks. Please bring cups and ice for non- alcoholic beverages.
What happens once I book?
Once you book your date a confirmation receipt will be delivered to your email. Soon after, an invoice will be sent to your email along with an official contract. Balance are DUE no later than a week prior to your event. You may book a tour to see the space @ www.theesocialstudio.com.
After a BI Social Studio Team member received your final payment a team member will reach out no later than the week of your event to confirm your booking information and to answer any questions you may have. Please make sure your contact information is up to date. Please make sure to look in your email the week your final payment is due to receive notice. Scheduling Tours
Tours are by appointment only. You may book a tour on our website @ www.theesocialstudio.com. If you need to cancel your tour, please use the link sent to you when you reserved your spot and cancel tour. If you have to cancel tour right before your scheduled time, please call BI Social Studio ASAP to let a staff member know. 1-800-384-1863.
