A Yin and Hatha slow flow class. Pilates poses may be included. Yin is a slower paced yoga practice targeting joints, ligaments and fascia. Using bolsters, blankets, and blocks, Yin allows us to rest into poses held for 2-5 minutes promoting deep release and relaxation in the body, leading to improved range of motion and flexibility. Walk ins not available. Please sign up/cancel and pay online at least 3 hours before class time. No refunds for no shows or cancels within 3hrs of class time.
