Our private yoga classes offer individual guidance and support catered to your specific needs and goals. These classes allow you to slow down using a blend of Yin & Hatha yoga, breathing exercises, and Pilates style movements ideal for your body and mind. We practice Yin to target joints and fascia using bolsters, blankets, and blocks, holding poses for 3-5 mins. This promotes a deep release leading to improved range of motion and flexibility. All props are provided.
