CANCELLATION POLICY:
We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. All Appointments canceled/ rescheduled within 4 hours as well as NO SHOWS will incur a charge of 50% to card on file.
Please note that if you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 10 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled. By keeping this appointment you are agreeing to terms of our policy and allow The Little Gem Studio to charge your card on file.
PAYMENTS:
CASH is preferred, however Studio accepts Zelle and all Debit and Credit cards, including digital wallet payments such as Apple Pay and Google pay.
