Reservations
A deposit is required upon booking to secure appointments. Availability is not guaranteed without acceptance of terms and conditions, a deposit and or working credit card on file. You can book an appointment online up to four hours before the appointment time. If you need an appointment sooner than four hours please email and call us directly at EllureCosmetics@gmail.com 201.431.5944.
Cancellations
At Ellure, we understand life happens and you may need to cancel your appointment. If that happens, please keep in mind our cancellation policy: All cancellations must be made 72 hours prior in order to rescheduled your appointment and avoid a last minute cancellation fee. If you cancel the day of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your total appointment cost. If you need to cancel an appointment please call us directly at 201.431.5944.
Time
All clients receive a 15 minute grace period. If you are running late, please call 201-431-5944. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we charge the full amount for your appointment as a no-show fee. In some cases, if we are able to accommodate your late arrival, we charge an added fee of $65.
Payments & Balances
All fees are final, non-refundable and remaining balances shall be paid by you on your scheduled day of appointment. We are a cashless and accept all major credit cards for your convenience. An additional $2.50 will be added to your ticket for the convenience.
Mobile Fees
When you book with Ellure, we go the extra mile to deliver beauty to your front door. We do charge a travel fee for a requests. We will always inform you of the final travel fee upon confirming your appointment.
Service Requirements
Come with your hair ready to be serviced. I do not take down previous hairstyles. It is an additional $125 fee and you maybe asked to forfeit your appointments due to time constraints if not. For a makeup appointment, please make sure your face is completely clean and free of any makeup or products before the makeup artist arrives.
*Please note, in the event Ellure Cosmetics provides mobile styling and beauty services. If at any time stylists are made to feel uncomfortable while performing services, your appointment and future appointments will be indefinitely terminated and you will be charged full price. If the location in which you request your services is deemed unsafe and unsanitary, your appointment will be canceled and you will be charged full price. At this time mobile services are only available to clients who are located within the 285 perimeter. All current prices listed are subject to change without notice.
