Head Start is a VIRTUAL empowerment program for women newly diagnosed with breast cancer to help women feel less alone, less anxious, and better prepared for what lies ahead. This FREE 6-week online program runs from May 4th to June 8th, 2023 from 9:30AM- 12:00PM.

The program combines group support, empowerment, and hands-on lifestyle changes while covering topics that includes: nutrition, exercise, mind body therapies, stress management, integrative medicine, and supporting a healthy lifestyle.
