Some important things for you to know:
- INTAKE POLICY // As part of the new COVID 19 policy all patients must conduct their initial intake interview either by phone or online. This is to reduce the amount of time everyone is in a clinic space or the amount of time that I am in your home. This is a separate, one-time appointment that must be completed before any follow up appointments.
- COVID 19 POLICY // Please note that you will need to agree to the COVID 19 policy for all in person appointments. You can see the policy on the COVID 19 page
- BOOKING FEE // Some appointments have a non-refundable booking fee that applies to the total cost of your appointment. This fee is to reserve your appointment time. You also have the option of paying in full.
- CANCELLATIONS // If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Changes can be made 24 hours a day online through Acuity, or periodically throughout the day by emailing me at jess@reverieacupuncture.com.
All acupuncture appointments (including new patient appointments) needing to be cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours advance notice will be charged the 50% cost of the appointment to the card on file. If there is no card on file, an invoice will be sent to the email listed in your contact info. You can find the rest of my Financial Policy here. - LOCATION // Community acupuncture is done at the Health Foundations Studio on Grand Avenue in St Paul, MN. The address is 968 Grand Ave, St Paul, MN 55105. Private acupuncture is done at my Linden Hills office in Minneapolis, MN. The address is 2720 W 43rd St #206, Minneapolis, MN 55410.
