FIRST APPOINTMENT?

Please book 75 minute session so we have time to do a full assessment and health history review as well as a treatment.

If you book 45 minutes, we could use the entire time with just the assessment and you may not receive much of a treatment. The full assessment in the first session, helps me create a personalized treatment plan that will help you reach your goals quickly.

Please try to book appointments on the earliest availability of the day or back to back with the appointments already on the schedule to help me fit more cleints in my schedule each day.

SUMMER SCHEDULE

My summer massage therapy schedule is lighter and a little more volatile since I also offer gardening services from May to October and I split my schedule between the two during those months.

If you can't find an appointment that suits your schedule, please email or call me and I will do my best to accomodate you.
