SUP yoga offers a fun and soulful way of practicing yoga as you feel nature's elements within and around you.
While some paddleboard experience is helpful, you will be encouraged to listen to your body and do only what feels right for you. Beginner's welcome.
All you need is a paddleboard and a willing heart!
The 4-week session is $50. Drop in $15, Payment via e-transfer is required to secure your spot.
