Summery Probiotic Drinks
2 hours 30 minutes
In the session we'll make Probiotic Cucumber Lemonade, Tepache w/ a twist (a drink make from fermented pineapple rind), a botanical take on Smreka (an Eastern European drink) that will smell and taste similar to gin (without the alcohol) and a Rhubarb & Watermelon Fizz.
This is a 2.5 hour session and after, all of your summer sipping will be sorted!
This is a one-off session and places are limited to 10, so if you want to learn how to make these delicioulsly refreshing drinks.
FERMENTATION 'POWER HOUR'
1 hour 30 minutes
In a 1.5 hour, 1-2-1 session, learn basic principles of making successful fermented food or drinks and make 1-2 ferments of your choice.
Choose from the following:
*Probiotic Jam, hot sauce or chutney
*Probiotic drink (no grains required) (i.e. kvass, tepache, rhubarb fizz or smreka)
*Probiotic drinks (grains required) (i.e. milk kefir (dairy or non-dairy), water kefir, kombucha and probiotic lemonade)
