We do accept HSA / FSA cards or similar. Please include your phone number when requested in case we need to contact you. We have offices in Austin at 6448 E. Hwy 290, Suite E105, Austin TX, 78723 and Cedar Park at 921 W. New Hope, Suite 103, Cedar Park TX, 78613. We accept walk-ins for all types of drug test (Hair, Nails, UA, BreathAlcohol). Appointment is required for COVID and Clinical Lab testing .
