Six comprehensive one hour classes, starting in laying down position with connecting to body and breath, moving to connective tissue stretches, then strengthening, stretching, and balancing exercises for the whole body, in lying, sitting and standing positions. Completing in the laying down position with stillness and body awareness.
Dumbbells (optional). Use tins of food if you don’t have any dumbbells!
