A "pregnancy test & verification appointment" is a medical appointment and resource consultation.

The appointment consists of time with a patient advocate who will gather information and resources specific to your needs and time with a medical professional who will consult with you and provide you the results of your pregnancy test, answer any medical questions, and assess your qualifications for a future ultrasound appointment at SPH and referrals for further pregnancy medical care.

Prior to an abortion, is important to be seen at a health clinic that can provide pre-screening services to safeguard your reproductive health care and help you make a decision that is right for you.

SPH does not provide nor refer for abortion.

SPH will provide care to make sure your pregnancy is viable (1 in 4 end before 7 weeks), date your pregnancy, and provide STD testing and treatment to minimize your risk of infection

This is a non-medical appointment where you will meet with a resource coordinator/advocate to help you with any questions or needs you have. We will come alongside you and get you the resources or point you in the right direction to meet your needs.

At SPH, we offer free urine-based testing and treatment for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea.

SPH realizes the importance of offering STD testing and see this service as an essential part of our patient’s overall wellbeing in the area of their reproductive health. No physical exam will be done at Sierra Pregnancy + Health. STD/STI services are by appointment only. Medical referrals for additional STD testing will be provided.
