Join Shauna Ellerby and the participants of the summer immersion for 5 days of early morning yoga in the Kaiut Method.
Designed to work through chronic pain, injuries, general aches & stiffness. Kaiut Yoga is for people of all body types.
Students will hold postures, isolating specific movements focused on the joints, simultaneously experiencing deep restfulness.
A bolster, belt and access to a wall are necessary in this practice.
Open to all levels of student.
