Join Shauna Ellerby and the group of the students in the summer immersion in an online practice that will restore body, mind, and spirit.
Each days practice will include breath work (pranayama), meditation and gentle and restorative yoga.
A chair, bolster, belt, blankets, blocks and access to a wall will be helpful for these classes.
Open to all levels of student.
