For our Spring class series, we will focus on balance. Physical balance is an essential skill that we use daily throughout our lives. It’s important to maintain steadiness and confidence by working consistently on foot agility, hip and leg strength, proprioception, and visual awareness. Learning to bring a steady, calm, and curious attention to the moment enables us to respond skillfully to whatever throws us off our center.
