Explore gentle yoga poses and breathing techniques which prepare the body and mind for meditation. Then practice Meditation and Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation) with sound bath using chakra-clearing frequencies. Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, a favorite cozy blanket and small pillow. Loaner mats and other props available in the studio.
