First we flow, then we rest. A class dedicated to movement through yoga, leading to the nourishing stillness and awareness of Yoga Nidra. A 40 minute yoga flow working on grounding, balance, stability, strength and resilience. Always completing the time on the mat with a 20 minute guided yoga nidra meditation, to enrich the subtle way the body communicates its needs and allowing body, mind and heart to completely rest. Suitable for practitioners of all levels and abilities.
