Gymnastics movements (bodyweight exercises, including pull-ups, muscle-ups, air squats, push-ups, etc) build strength, balance, agility, and other elements of fitness. They are a foundational part of most high intensity, 'functional fitness' programs. Our coaches will work one-on-one or with a small group (up to 6 people) to coach movements, direct you to appropriate programming to improve skill/ capability, and provide other guidance and support.
