BookingsA booking deposit is required in order to complete your booking. To help remind you of your upcoming session you are sent text or/and emails 24-48 hours prior to the booking, to allow enough time to cancel or reschedule your session if needed.
Credit Card Paymentsif you DO NOT have a Paypal account, you can still pay using a credit card. Just proceed to the Paypal page, and you will see the option to pay by credit card.
Refund PolicyAuto-generated refunds are not built into Acuity. if you wish to cancel a booking and it is not within 24hrs of your booking, you can contact us by phone, so we can organize your refund.
Please Note: Cancelled bookings will, unfortunately, incur a $2.10 charge due to PAYPAL's refund fee policy.

Covid Health RegulationIf you become unwell or present any flu-like symptoms the days prior to the date of your booking, please advise us, or you can cancel your booking online. If you are experiencing symptoms within 24 hours of your booking, please contact us by phone, and we will refund you your deposit.
