SAME GOES FOR A CLIENT WHO MISSES THEIR APPOINTMENT WITHOUT RESCHEDULING ATLEAST 24 HRS PRIOR.NO SHOWS WILL HAVE CANCELATION FEE & NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT SUBTRACTED FROM PAID IN FULL APPOINTMENTS AND REMAINING CREDIT WILL APPLY TO A FUTURE APPOINTMENT. CREDIT GOOD FOR 6 MONTHS. IMAGE POLICY
IMAGE PROOFS ARE RETURNED TO THE CLIENT 48-72 HOURS (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS) FROM WHEN THEY ARE TAKEN. IMAGE PROOFS ARE WATERMARKED, WHILE RETOUCHED IMAGES ARE NOT. IMAGES TAKE APPROXIMATELY 5 OR 7 BUSINESS DAYS (BASED ON THE ORIGINAL INCLUDED AMOUNT OF PHOTOS FOR THE PACKAGE YOU SELECT-SEE PACKAGE DETAILS- IF MORE IMAGES ARE SELECTED, ADDITIONAL TIME WOULD BE REQUIRED-PLEA SE CHECK INVOICE FOR DELIVERY EXPECTATIONS) FROM WHEN THE CLIENT CREATES A SELECTION OF IMAGES VIA ONLINE GALLERY TO BE RETOUCHED.

IMAGE DELIVERY (VIA EMAIL) IS BASED OFF BUSINESS DAYS WHICH IS MONDAY-FRIDAY. WEEKENDS ARE NOT COUNTED.

DEPOSIT POLICY
