Come for a guided meditation and then stay for messages! We will start each session with some breathwork and a guided meditation. Messages will then be offered via your classmates and/or the teacher.
Meditation is the one best tool people can use to calm and center themselves as well as to open their intuition.
This is a great opportunity to learn to harness the power of a group for meditation and also to share messages in a safe environment. Come once or come every time! No commitments.
