Enrolment & Refund Policy
CENTRE MEMBERSHIP is required of all centre users and is an annual fee.
Membership fees: $15 (Adults), $10 (Children) or $15 (Family or Group). Membership is valid until 31 December regardless of the date enrolled into a course/class or activity. It does not carry over to the next year. Enrol for membership here.
ENROLMENTS may be made in person, by telephone or online.
Confirmation of Enrolment is on receipt of fee payment. Priority is given to students that make payment first and spaces are not held because you are a current participant.
COURSES MAY BE CANCELLED if there are insufficient members, in which case the full course amount paid will be refunded.
REFUNDS are not available once a class has commenced.
Withdrawals from a course 7 days prior to the commencement will be subject to a $30 administration fee. Consideration will be given to members who can provide a medical certificate for an “extended” period of absence from the term. Class refunds will be made by direct credit to your bank
