If you are a first-time client or have not been to Lashes by Ashley within the past 2 years, please select a new client service.
HEALTH AND SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Please wear a face mask to and during your lash appointment. If you do not have one you may purchase one at appointment for $1.
*If you or anyone you’ve been in contact with in the past 14 days, have tested positive for covid, please do not book an appointment until you have been cleared. If you are not feeling well, regardless of covid status, please do not book an appointment. If you have already booked and are not feeling well, please reschedule for a later date. If you have a bad cough, sore throat, runny nose, etc. the day of appointment, please reschedule for a later date.
*If you have an eye infection such as pink eye, sty, extreme redness/irritation, please do not book a lash appointment until it has resolved. *Showing up to appointment with any of the conditions listed above will result in cancellation.
For best results, please arrive to appointment with a clean face wearing absolutely no makeup on or around the eyes. Lash extensions do not adhere well to extra product. This includes, but is not limited to mascara, concealer, eyeliner, cosmetic products containing oil/gel, glue, strip lashes, etc. Also, if you are coming for a full set, please be sure to book a removal if you have any remaining lashes still intact from a previous lash artist.
At the start of appointment, you will receive a quick cleanse/prep on the natural lashes, however failure to comply with the above rules may result in the loss of appointment and/or require additional fees.
All first-time clients will go through a consultation process at the start of appointment. This is when the service will be explained, your lashes will be examined/mapped, and required forms will be completed. If you have trouble speaking, reading, or writing English please bring a translator or someone to fill out paperwork for you. If you would like to speak with me before deciding to book a lash appointment, you may do so by selecting “Consultation” in the service options.
Phone/Facetime consultations are up to 15 minutes long and free of charge. Please text 317-652-7670 to book a time.
In person consultations are up to 20 minutes long and costs $20. These can be booked online at your convenience. After consulting, If you decide to proceed with scheduling a lash appointment, the consultation fee will go towards that service.
FULL SET APPOINTMENTS
All full sets require a nonrefundable booking fee. This fee is $50. A $1 processing fee will apply when using the online payment option. You will be directed to make payment at the end of checkout. The $50 booking fee will be deducted from the total cost. The $1 online processing fee is not deducted from the total cost. If you would like to pay your booking fee by using Zelle, as an alternative, please contact by text before proceeding 317-652-7670. If you are unable to pay the booking fee electronically, please contact immediately to schedule a time to drop off in cash. Your initial full set will be a longer appointment time, compared to fills, so please come with an open schedule, be patient, and prepared to relax. Appointments rushed or cut short on the client's behalf will still be charged full price.
Acceptable payments are PayPal, Zelle, or Cash.
All infills require a nonrefundable booking fee. This fee is $30. A $1 processing fee will apply when using our online payment option. You will be directed to make payment at the end of checkout. The $30 booking fee will be deducted from the total cost the $1 online processing fee is not deducted from the total cost. If you would like to pay your booking fee by using Zelle as an alternative, please contact us before proceeding. If you are unable to pay the booking fee electronically, please contact us immediately to schedule a time for it to be dropped off in cash. You may choose to pay the complete balance of service online when scheduling or at the end of appointment. Acceptable payments are PayPal, Zelle or cash. The cash app or any other form of payment not listed above is not accepted. Infill appointments are required every 2-3 weeks. At 3 weeks (21days) all clients receive a 4-day grace period, after 25 days between appointments, you are required to book a full set, even if you think you still have enough extensions remaining for a fill. If you are losing extensions quickly and only have a small number of extensions remaining, please book a full set even if it has not reached the 25 day deadline.
*If you are unsure about whether you need a fill or full set, book a full set and we will determine what is needed at appointment.
Touch ups are allowed only if it has been 10 days or less since your last appointment. Touch ups are available for my work only. If another lash artist did your current set, please do not select this option. Due to time being extremely short for this service you must arrive exactly at scheduled appointment time. Being late to a touch-up appointment will result in automatic cancellation.
We are located inside of The Wellness Spa the address is: 5436 North Keystone Avenue Indianapolis, IN 46220. It is in the plaza next to Meijer that is divided by the fence (look for the green door). If you are having trouble finding it, please contact Ashley immediately. This location has a private setting therefore no kids or extra guests are allowed at appointment with you. Please be on time to your appointment if you are running late, please call or text in advance. Each client receives a 10 minute grace period, after 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled, and a new booking fee will be required to rebook.
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before start time without penalty. You may go online to make changes to appointments or contact Ashley directly. If a booking fee was paid and changes were made within the correct time frame, that fee will go towards your next appointment. Only 2 reschedules per booking fee are allowed. Also, the new appointment date must be within 30 days of the original date. After 2 rescheduled and/or 30 days, a new booking fee is required.
Appointments canceled/rescheduled less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time will result in the loss of booking fee and/or charged 50% of the service. Appointments canceled less than 2 hours before the start time will be charged 100% of the service. Appointments missed with no communication within 2 hours after scheduled start time, are considered no shows. No show offenders will be charged 100 % of the service missed and will be required to pay larger % of service in advance, moving forward. All fees will be due before any future appointments can be made *Repeat no-call/no show offenders will not be allowed to book any future appointments.
AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS
Same day/next day available appointments are unlikely. If appointments do become available, they will be posted on our Instagram account (@lashesbyashley__). You may also text to be put on our waitlist. If we do not contact you, no appointments became available for that day. If you would like to book an appointment outside of our regular business hours, you may select that option in our list of services. After hours appointments are an extra $50 added to the service charge. You may pay fees online or request to send thru Zelle. If your payment is not submitted in a timely manner, your appointment will not be approved.
OTHER ARTISTS' WORK
If you are wanting to book an infill but your current set was done by another lash artist, an in-person consultation is required beforehand. During this time, we will examine the set you're currently wearing to determine if we can add to it or if a removal/ new set will be required. A consultation fee is due at the time of booking, however if we proceed with appointment, the fee will go towards that service.
Lashes by Ashley accepts payments through, Zelle, PayPal, or in cash. Please come to appointment prepared to pay with one of these methods. Lastly, all sales are final, refunds are not an option. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, please address issues at the end of appointment or within 48 hours post service. If time permits, minor adjustments can be made.
