I am currently in my Tech Program and am unavailable on Wednesdays at 5:30pm and Saturdays 9:30am-12:30pm
Before/ After Hours:
Appointments prior to 10:00am or after 5:00pm will be assessed a $25 fee in addition to my base fee, if Nadja can accommodate you. Please be sure to add the add on option for before or after hour appointments, if not I will add it myself.

Squeeze Ins:
If you are wanting an appointment time that is not on my schedule please text me. There is a $50 squeeze in fee. If you would like to schedule an appointment within 48 hours this $50 fee applies as well. Before and After hour fees applies to squeeze in appointments as well
Retainer Policy:
Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is non negotiable. The retainer amount varies based on the service booked. The remaining balance will be due at the close of your appointment. A NEW deposit will be required if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.
Late Policy:
If you are late to your appointment you will be assessed a $20 fee after 10 minutes, if I am still able to accommodate you without delaying my schedule, I will complete your appointment. After 15 minutes your appointment is cancelled and 100% of your appointment total will be charged.
Cancellation Policy:
You have until 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel your appointment with no additional charge. Otherwise, you will be charged 100% of your remaining balance for services you scheduled. No shows and day of cancelations (please plan your hairstyle appointments with adequate time) will be charged 100% of services + Late fee of $20. No shows will permanently lose the opportunity to book with me. As previously stated, retainer fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. I will gladly allow clients to maintain their retainer, one-time only, if the new appointment is scheduled within the same month the original appointment was scheduled.
Phone Policy:
Your phone must be left in your purse or to the side while being serviced. You may use your phone in case of emergencies. If you cannot adhere to this policy your appointment will be terminated.
Guest Policy:
Please do not bring ANY extra guests or kids to your appointment! Please do not text to ask me if they can come in, they can not.
Travel Appointments:
Please plan your appointment time with at least 45 minutes to an hour of extra padding time in case of an emergency. Due to having to pack up my kit and travel time with possible traffic there's a risk of being a few minutes late. I will make every effort to be timely, and will communicate with you prior.
