After an appointment is made, please let Angela know if you'd like to be on the cancellation list to possibly get in sooner or check out our VIP option with Angela to get in ASAP.
PRICING, FAQs, & Policies:
Your booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
We are not responsible for failure to read policies before booking.
We reserve the right to reschedule due to inclement weather and emergencies.
Do NOT submit your booking fee until you have read all information applicable to your appointment, as well as the cancellation and rescheduling policies.
Submission of your booking fee signifies your agreement and understanding of these terms.
A $100.00 non-refundable booking fee is required to make an appointment for all Permanent Makeup Services. This goes towards the total cost of your appointment.
Consults are complimentary, but if you cancel a consult day of your appointment, you will be charged a fee of $50.00.
If you're above the age of 55 or have previous work you MUST send a clear bright photo of your brows prior to booking, by text to (315) 870-8787 or email to definitivebeautyllc@gmail.com, thank you!
Cancellation Policy: Definitive Beauty LLC understands that unforeseen circumstances do come up and that you may need to move your appointment to a later date, we respectfully ask that appointments be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance.
Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will result in the loss of the booking fee and a new one placed to book again. If you cancel day of your appointment for ANY reason, you will be charged a 30% additional fee off your full balance.
If you must reschedule more than twice a FULL payment is required to reserve your appointment time.
If you no call - no show, you will result in the loss of the booking fee and can not reschedule until full payment is made.
No guests or children are allowed inside the salon during your appointment time.
