This 4-week, 5 session Course covers the science and practice of breathing. It's practical, fun, and can be life changing!
We will use a simple assessment tool to understand your current breathing pattern and learn techniques to make permanent positive changes to the way you breathe.
A hand-book, daily practices, short audios & videos are provided for additional support.
