This 4-week/5-session (90 minute sessions) Course includes the science and practice of breathing. It's practical, fun, and can be life changing!
We will use a simple assessment tool to understand your current breathing pattern & learn techniques to make permanent positive changes to the way you breathe.
A hand-out, short audios, daily practice instructions and replays are provided.
