1. First time clients must enter the promo code in the service description to redeem coupons.
(If you do not enter the coupon code, you will not the promotional discounted rate.)
2. You can add-on additional services to your appointment! (Facials & Massages are excluded, you must book these services separately) ex: if you want to book a facial, massage, brazilian & eyebrow wax in the same day you must book the facial & massage separately and the brazilian and eyebrow wax together. Upon availability.
3. Please be sure you are selecting the correct staff member of your choosing. If you click on "any available" the calendar will give you the earliest appointment, with the first staff member available & you will not be able to correct this mistake if the other staff member is already booked.
1. If you are 10 minutes late you must reschedule your appointment.
2. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you can at your convenience with our open availability at the bottom of your confirmation email.
3. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment the deposit paid will go towards your rescheduled appointment.
4. If you NO SHOW the day of your appointment, the deposit paid is non-refundable and you will have to make another deposit to be serviced. If you do not make contact by the end of the work day your appointment will be marked as a NO SHOW.
NO REFUNDS. However, you will have 30 days to use your deposit or amount paid towards a service if you have to cancel or reschedule.
