ELIGBILITY
Children & Adolescents (birth-18):
- All children living in Washington State are eligible regardless of insurance status.
Adults (19+):
- Must live in Washington State and be:
- Uninsured: currently have no health insurance
- Underinsured: current health insurance does not cover any of the
cost of the vaccination you are seeking at other clinics.

FEES & PAYMENT
Immunization Fees:
- Childhood & Adolescent Immunizations: $20 admin fee per patient
- Adult Immunizations: $20 admin fee per patient
TB Testing Fees:
- TB test (1-step): $35
- TB test (2-step): $50
We do not bill to insurance. We accept cash, credit, or check for payment of services.
