ELIGBILITY

Children & Adolescents (birth-18):

• All children living in Washington State are eligible regardless of insurance status.

Adults (19+):

• Must live in Washington State and be:
  • Uninsured: currently have no health insurance
  • Underinsured: current health insurance does not cover any of the cost of the vaccination you are seeking at other clinics.

FEES & PAYMENT

Immunization Fees:

• Childhood & Adolescent Immunizations: $20 admin fee per patient
• Adult Immunizations: $20 admin fee per patient

TB Testing Fees:

• TB test (1-step): $35
• TB test (2-step): $50

We do not bill to insurance. We accept cash, credit, or check for payment of services.
