If you have a letter from the doctor or school about which vaccines are needed, please remember to bring it with you to the appointment. All previous immunizations should be documented in Washington State's Immunization System. If not, certified records are required to be sent as proof of immunization at least 24 hours before the appointment.

Our clinic offers the following TB Testing services: 1-Step Skin Test, 2-Step Skin Test, and Blood Test. The TB Blood Test is not available upon request and will only be recommended if you meet certain high-risk criteria. You will be screened during your appointment to determine the right fit for you.
