yoga series is for men looking to experience the benefits of strength, flexibility, and increased range of motion that yoga has to offer. All beginners and first timers are welcome, no experience or flexibility is required. Each session will have a specific focus: Head/Neck/Shoulders, Back, Hips, Feet & Knees. Classes will move slowly and intentionally, no one will be left behind.
